The adjustability of the Navitas controller is where it stands out from the competition. With a series golf cart like the EZGO TXT, the On-the-fly programmer that is available separately acts more like a limiter. You will not get any additional performance by turning down one field to try and overpower another. However, if you have a situation where you want to limit the speed at which the cart can be used, make sure you pick one of those up with this controller. The Navitas 440-Amp is a severe upgrade from OEM; you don't have to change anything else out, but if you want to, please do not hesitate; it will not hurt anything. Consider a solenoid and a set of cables at the least, and a forward and reverse would not cramp anyone's style either. This golf car controller is a plug-and-play application thanks to the harness adaptor included with the kit. The controller will attach right to this harness, which hooks directly to the cart's wiring without any modification, making it a simple but meaningful upgrade.
